Weekly Wrestling Watch: NPCW Polar Power Episode 004 (04132025)

 

Opening Segment:

Johnny 'The Mic' Michaels and Eddie 'The Expert of Elocution' Ellington welcome the audience and discuss the night's lineup, including the final four first-round matches in the Queen of the North tournament and the double main event featuring the NPCW Tag Team Titles and the Northern Lights Championship.

Commissioner's Decree: 

Commissioner Robert Cratchit, under the watchful eye of Ebeneezer Scrooge, addresses the NPCW Universe from his office. He announces the removal of Dorothy from the Queen of the North tournament due to her attack on the Wicked Witch, replacing her with Mother Earth. Cratchit also announces the removal of Buddy as head referee, replaced by Fenrick Grimbough, and reveals that former Commissioner Bernard must compete against Abaddon next week to maintain his employment.

Backstage Interview - Dorothy: 

Smooth Samantha attempts to interview Dorothy about her removal from the tournament. Dorothy, visibly angry, brushes past Mother Earth and Mrs. Claus, ignoring their attempts to console her. The segment ends with Dorothy storming out of the arena and a tearful Buddy being consoled by fellow referees.

Match 1 - Queen of the North Title Tournament Round 1 - Pearl vs. Sugar Plum Fairy (with Nutcracker General): 

Pearl defeats Sugar Plum Fairy in a hard-fought match, overcoming interference from the Nutcracker General. Pearl secures her spot in the next round of the tournament.

Match 2 - Queen of the North Title Tournament Round 1 - Scarlett Howl vs. Crimson Viper, Queen of Hearts (with Mad Hatter):

 Abaddon, Demon of Destruction, makes a dominant debut by defeating Rapido Rojo. Abaddon's power and Lillith's guidance prove too much for Rapido Rojo.

Match 6 - Van Helsing vs. Dragon King (with Dr. Frankenstein):
